Is payment required to reserve a design?
No. Early-access reservations are enquiries only. We confirm the final design, price, and estimated delivery date before any payment decision.
When will production begin?
The first collection is preparing for production. Early-access customers receive updates and priority availability when production places open.
Can I add my logo or QR code?
Yes. You can request a logo, QR destination, preferred wording, or brand detail. Final artwork requirements are confirmed during review.
Can I request a custom size?
Yes. Suggested dimensions are shown as a starting point, and custom sizing can be reviewed for each space or use case.
Are the product images final products or concept previews?
They are concept previews representing the intended style and use. Final material, finish, dimensions, and availability are confirmed before payment.
Are customers obligated to buy?
No. A reservation helps us understand the request. You choose whether to proceed after final details are confirmed.
What logo files work best?
Vector files are preferred where available. High-resolution PNG or PDF files can also be reviewed.
What materials will be used?
The collection is planned around birch plywood and light-toned woods. Final materials are confirmed before production.
Will local pickup be available?
Local pickup is planned for selected Iceland-based orders, with details confirmed before payment.
Will delivery be offered later?
Future delivery options are planned and will be communicated as the first production places open.
Can personalized products be returned?
Custom pieces are normally made for one customer, so returns depend on the final approved terms before production.
What happens after I reserve?
Your request is reviewed, then we contact you to clarify design details, pricing, and timing before any commitment.
