TRÉ Wood & Craft is currently collecting early-access enquiries. No payment is taken through this website. Final product details, production timing, delivery or pickup options, and payment instructions are confirmed directly with the customer before production begins.
Iceland pickup or delivery options are confirmed per order before payment. Delivery cost is not included unless it is clearly stated in the final quote. Fragile, large, outdoor, or multi-piece projects may require separate packaging or delivery pricing.
Custom and personalized products are made for a specific customer and may not be returnable once the design has been approved and production has started, except where consumer protection law requires it. Any issue with damaged, incorrect, or defective work should be reported as soon as possible after collection or delivery so it can be reviewed.
Custom orders begin with a review of dimensions, wording, logos, QR links, material, finish, quantity, and intended use. Customer-owned items and TRÉ Renewed pieces must be assessed for suitability and laser safety before being accepted. Unknown coatings, treated wood, glossy finishes, fragile pieces, or unsafe materials may be declined.
Early-access reservations can be cancelled before payment because they are enquiries only. After payment and design approval, cancellation depends on whether materials have been ordered or production has started. Any non-refundable part will be confirmed before production begins.
The current website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or checkout tracking. If analytics, advertising, or commerce tools are added later, the cookie notice and consent controls should be updated before public marketing campaigns begin.
