Early-access reservations allow customers to share interest in a design before the official store launch. No payment is collected and no production slot is guaranteed at the reservation stage.

Final pricing, production availability, materials, dimensions, and delivery estimates will be confirmed before payment. Customers can decide whether to proceed after receiving those details.

Limited early-access production places will be available after launch. Priority production means early review and communication when the first collection opens, not immediate production.

Product images are concept previews representing intended style and use. Final product details may change after material testing, design review, and customer confirmation.

Custom and personalized products are reviewed and confirmed before production. Because these pieces are made for a specific customer, cancellation, return, and refund terms must be confirmed before payment and before production begins.
