- Every piece is assessed for condition, stability, finish, and suitability before work begins.
- Unknown coatings, very glossy finishes, treated wood, or fragile pieces may be declined.
- Final pricing depends on preparation, repair, engraving complexity, and production time.
- Each item is one-of-a-kind; repeat orders may use a similar direction but cannot be identical.
